• You may only use the Service for lawful purposes, and shall not use it to generate QR codes or posters involving infringement, illegality, fraud, harassment, or infringement of others' rights.
• You understand and agree that if the QR you generate points to copyrighted or trademarked content, the relevant rights remain with the original owner, and you must ensure your use is authorized.
• You shall not reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-automate the Site in any way that affects its stable operation.
• You bear full responsibility for the legality, accuracy and consequences of the content you generate.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site's interface, code, templates and design (except text, images and logos you upload or input) are owned by 365Lab or duly licensed. You may freely use, print and distribute the QR codes and posters generated by the Service for personal or commercial purposes, without paying us or attributing the source (though a humble credit is appreciated).

4. Ads & Third-party Content

To keep the Service free, we may display ads provided by third-party partners (including, without limitation, Google AdSense). Ad content is the responsibility of the respective advertisers and does not represent our stance or recommendation. Third parties may collect information via cookies and similar technologies for advertising — see the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty as to availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Whether a QR code can be scanned depends on device, lighting, print quality, network environment and other factors; we do not guarantee a specific recognition rate in any scenario.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• We are not liable for service interruption caused by force majeure, network failure, browser incompatibility, etc.

6. Changes & Termination
